The Negative Health Consequences of Poor Posture
Poor posture causes decreased respiratory functions, circulation functions, as well as respiratory issues, we know you’re going to have more headaches, as well as an earlier onset of arthritis that’s just related to poor posture. Some of the benefits of good posture Are you have increased energy levels, you’ll have better balance and coordination, as well as a decrease of all the issues I just talked about, as well as stress and anxiety. And none of us need that. Everybody I mean, the world gives us enough problems as it is we don’t need to add to that by having poor posture, something that we can correct ourselves. When we talk posture, there’s two types of postures there’s dynamic posture, and their static posture.
Dynamic and Static Postures
Dynamic posture is referring to the posture we keep when we’re moving around, static postures in relationship to when your body is at rest when we’re sitting when we’re lying down. Or when we’re just standing here. Those two things static and dynamic posture. And it’s important to achieve and maintain those is, like I said earlier, it’s all related to when we don’t have those to poor health. One of the key components to your posture and your spinal is your spinal Hill. That is the position of the spine, and the body’s ability to to function optimally. We all want that.

One of the key components to having good posture is your spinal hill that is the position of your spine and your body’s ability to operate or function optimally. And we all want to be at our best at all times, over time slouching and activity. Looking at our cell phone, these types of things lead to muscle fatigue, that needs attention.
